On behalf of our Client, a regulated Forex Company, we are looking for a motivated individual for the position of the Sales Account Manager for their offices.
*We welcome candidates who are located both in Nicosia and Limassol since there are offices in both towns.*
· Implementation of the internal regulation and procedures for the department and the Company
· Implementation of the department’s strategy
· Sales supervising, managing and monitoring in coordination with the Head of Global Sales
· Business development and involvement with the Company’s sales and marketing strategy
· Preliminary client enquiries handling and ensuring excellent sales support is delivered to the assigned clientele.
· Liaison with the Compliance Officer regarding clients’ enquiries and/or complaints.
· Responsible for the internal daily operation sales, support, marketing in coordination with/reporting to the Head of Global Sales.
· Follow daily assigned leads and handling via the Company’s CRM and/or other relevant systems.
· Liaison with the Back Office / Customer Support Department regarding assistance to clients with respect to documentation and/or information provisions
· Responsible for the management information systems regarding the assigned clientele and prospective client leads in order to achieve relevant department targets.
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Experience within the forex / Binary industry would be preferred but not necessary
- High level of self-organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
