On behalf of our client, a growing holding company, we are looking to recruit an Accountant for their offices in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Recording accounting transactions and maintaining the books and records;
- Where required ensuring that VAT & VIES reports are submitted on time, together with dealing with TAXISNET and Tax Department filings;
- Ensuring the appropriateness and completeness of all supporting accounting documentation;
- Liaison with the auditors.
Qualifications:
- Educated to a degree level in Accounting/Finance or related;
- ACCA/ACA qualification would be an advantage
- Professional Experience of minimum 5 years preferably from banks or other financial services companies;
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft office;
- Excellent communication in both Greek and English;
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness;
- Resilient, determined, delivery focused individual.
